This is a list of Java mobile games that I have tested and found to work with the Npower Fusion Digital Media Player. If you have a game to add, just leave a comment and I will test it and add it to the list. Please see the tutorials on how to add java games to your player HERE and How to make JAD files HERE (the making JAD files tutorial is for making java games compatible with this player to test.) Check this list often as I will be adding new games all the time.
1. Lego Racers- Download
2. Super Mario Planet- Download

I just bought 3 of these, and I've been looking for a site like yours to help me add games and music. I just wanted to leave a comment and thank you for doing this!! I really do appreciate it...since there's not many sites like this that I've found...=)
Thank you! That's exactly why I did it. I bought three just like you and when I realized it didn't come with any kind of software for videos I was really disappointed. After hours of research and many failed attempts I finally did it. Hopefully these tutorials will save other people a lot of time.
thanks from Texas, RBG!

There are links to games for Atari Legends (JAD contains Asteroids, Centipede, others) [http://joealarson.googlepages.com/Atari_Legends_1.zip]
Arkanoid [http://joealarson.googlepages.com/Arkanoid.zip]
Bomberman Deluxe [http://joealarson.googlepages.com/BombermanDeluxe.zip].
I've loaded all of these to the nPower SpongeBob player and they work just fine.
Wow What a great spoot like it let me know if you need help with the web site as i build them and will like to give back great job made my son happy
Thanks for the effort and all the GREAT information.
Anyone else find any other compatible games ???
THANKS!!!
Your HERE links for the game downloading tutorial and how to make JAD files don't seem to be working yet. I haven't had any luck with trying to get games to load onto the player. I think it might be because the JAVA_VM folder was erased, and I have tried to put another folder in the internal memory, which went OK, but so far none of the games I have tried to install have worked. 'No Games Found' is the lasting result of my efforts. Any help appreciated.
Used the trial version of pocket wizard converter to add some old metal videos with no problem, and had mixed success adding photos.
Pretty cool little device, was given to me. Might shell out some cash for a larger media player later on, but for now this fits the bill.
I cannot get Super Mario Planet to work. Nothing but problems with it. Anyone lese have any luck?
The Super Mario Planet seems to mess up the the games you already have on the player. I had to format and re-install Mario, disconnect, the player and let the game initialize on the player. Then I did the same for other games I downloaded. Then it worked fine for me. On occassion it will start the game below the one I select, but I go back to the games menu and reselect the intended game and it then works fine. Reformatting makes you lose the two games that comes with the player, but one I found is almost like it and the bugalug game was boring. Also, formatting makes you lose any video on the device, so if you still want it, copy it to your computer first.
Thanks for this great site!!!
I just got 3 of these nifty little players.
Mario didn't work for me, either. You can just delete the game by pressing the "play" button and "Up".
Oh and I'm using windows7 and windows media encoder 9, I drag and drop (short) videos to the player and it asks if I want to encode them, and does it automatically!
Anybody else got any other games to work? I've gotten a "connect4" (no sound) game to work, "SpaceInvaders" clone (no sound), "Wordsearch20" and a few others.
Can you post the links for source of Connect4, Space Invaders and Wordsearch games? Will save me search time.
The connect4 game is at: http://www.getjar.com/mobile/5191/connect4/. Another game demo that works is at: http://www.orangepixel.net/games.php?gid=59. It's a demo for Firby on that site is also Firby 2. Those are the only games I found there that work. Part of me wants to buy the full version, but I don't know if the full version works on the fusion. If someone wants to try, please post. If you get it to work.
P.S. Regarding the comment above, I think you need JADMaker to make the JAD file to get Firby and Firby 2 to work. Maybe even the connect4.
P.P.S. Damn! I forgot to mention I download jadmaker from: http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/JADMaker-Download-8344.html. Ignore the period at the end (it is a period to end the sentence not part of the link) when copy and pasting. The same applies for the connect4 and firby links above as well.
Link for Galactic Attack: http://www.getjar.com/mobile-all-applications/java-games/?o=bestmatch&p=12. You have to make up a phone to use www.getjar.com. I believe I used Nokia E63 if that doesn't work try another phone b/c I know the game works. Search for Minigames and Wordsearch (no spaces and select the second game) at www.getjar.com for more games. And don't forget to use JADMAKER to make the jad file.
I am also having the problem of getting the system to recognize any new games. possibly because I had to wipe the system. I created a JAVA_VM folder but maybe I'm doing it wrong?
