Step 1: Software to download and install. WM Profile to download and use with WME9.
Windows Media Encoder 9 - Download HERE
Windows Media profile- Download from me HERE. This is a file we will use with WME9 so you can get the settings just right.
Install Windows Media Encoder 9.
After installing please do the following: Click Start> My Computer> Local Disk C>Program Files>Windows Media Components> Encoder>Profiles. Drag and Drop the NPower Fusion Profile file that is listed to download under requirements in Part 1 of this tutorial. Now close that window.Step 2: Open Windows Media Encoder. In the New Session Box choose Custom Session and OK.

Step 3: Under the Sources Tab use the picture below to add videos

Step 4: OutPut Tab. Use the picture below for reference. Don't select a place to save yet. There is an important step under the picture.

When telling WME where to save the video you must rename it and add the .wmv at the end. See the example below

Step 5: Click the Compression tab and click Edit

Click The Import Tab- In the window that pops up, navigate to Local disk C>Program files>Windows Media Components>Encoder>Profiles and select NPower fusion >Open>OK.

Step 6: Start Encoding
Step 7: Transfer Video to the NPower Fusion Media Player. The tutorial is HERE.
*Note Using Windows Media Player to transfer files is not recommended. Sometimes it converts it to an audio file only. Drag and Drop works best.
If you would like to Download the finished video before going through this tutorial you can download it HERE.
